Price
- up to IDR 50,000,000 – Regular 90 business days processing time.
With this licenses, you CAN
- Produce alcoholic beverages.
- Distribute alcoholic beverages to various retailers or other businesses.
- Sell alcoholic beverages directly to consumers.
- Be compliant with retail regulations and local laws.
With this licenses, you CAN NOT
- Conduct activities outside the specified license category (e.g., a retail license does not permit manufacturing or distribution).
- Be exempt from compliance with other applicable regulations and standards.
Document Requirements
- Bali Visas application form.
- Company deed of establishment and its amendments.
- Approval from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (MoLHR) of company.
- Tax Registration Number (NPWP) of company.
- OSS documents (NIB, Ijin Lokasi, Ijin Usaha).
- Copy of shareholders passport.
- Company letterhead and company stamp.
- Registered BPJS of the company staff (minimum 2 person).
- Distributor (alcohol distributor) appointment letter
- Proof of Land and Building Tax (PBB).
- Copy of Landlord ID Card
- Please be aware that international bank transfers can take up to 5 business days to clear in Bali.
- Please be aware that business day does not include public holidays and weekends.
- Processing of your application will commence only after the funds have successfully cleared into our account.
